Sep 21: Submit your ad for the Conference Guide if it is included in you sponsor package.

Speakers must register prior to the event. Speakers receive complementary registration to the main event, Oct 22-23, 2020, as well as a 50% discount to all pre-conference events on Oct 21, 2020. You will receive a discount code by email.

    Needed to satisfy CLE requirements, will not be published.
  • Advance Reading Materials and Handouts (by Oct 14, 2020)
    Materials are required to satisfy CLE requirements and attendee expectations. You may provide articles, papers, citations, background material, definitions, checklists, illustrative charts and tables, and perhaps a bibliography of related materials.
  • PPT Presentation (by Oct 19, 2020)
    Submit your PPT presentation in PDF format labeled as “Name of Session.pdf.”  Access to PPTs is restricted to attendees on a password protected page. You may use our PPT template or use your own.

Plan Ahead

Session Leader.  Designate one of your panelists for the role of session leader. The session leader serves as a moderator and spearheads the session planning, in addition to participating as a panel speaker.

Schedule Panel Conference CallsWe recommend that you schedule a conference call to outline the session content and goals and arrange for subsequent planning calls.

Panel Coordinations.  We will determine the date and time of your panel at a later date. If you have scheduling requirements for the conference dates, please let us know. Sessions are 1 hour long, and we typically aim for three speakers per panel.

Plan for Significant Audience Participation.  Session content must be rigorous and encourage audience participation and Q&A. Our attendees are seasoned professional, so feel free to do “deep dives” and cover advanced topics.

Plan to Attend Multiple Sessions Over Multiple Days.  Maximize your networking benefit and get to know the leading privacy and security professionals attending our event. Plan to attend multiple sessions over multiple days.
