Providing required notices under the CCPA requires much more than merely updating your privacy policy.  At various points, the CCPA also requires covered businesses to “inform” consumers about data practices at or before the point of collection, provide “explicit notice” before re-selling information, and request that the business “disclose” certain details about the information collected and sold.  This panel will address these required notices, and describe what steps businesses are taking to practically comply with the sometimes-vague requirements.
