This session will explore the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) rulemaking process, advisory opinions, and other activities, as well as FCRA litigation and other developments affecting background screening. The session will focus on the implications for both employers and other users of consumer reports as well as the background screening industry.
