This breakout session will provide a chance to react to the keynote and panel. With policymakers joining in the discussion, we will discuss current enforcement trends and goals and future legal developments in the US and abroad.

10:15 AM: Refreshments

10:45 AM: Breakout Session 2: Artificial Intelligence
This breakout session will focus on AI.  We will discuss the EU AI Act, the White House Executive Order on AI, and various AI laws in development.

12:00 PM: Luncheon 

01:30 PM: Breakout Session 3: Hot Topics
We will explore topics causing the greatest headlines, headaches, and heartache for privacy professionals. The final topic will be developed in conclusion with the Organizing Committee of the Privacy Law Salon and attendees.
