Cancellation Policy: Privacy + Security Forum
Cancellations (admission, CLE, conference slides) submitted at least 14 calendar days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted after this deadline. However, registrations may be transferred to another participant.
Program content, schedule, and speakers are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. In the event of a speaker cancellation, reasonable efforts will be made to secure a suitable replacement.
Cancellation Policy: Privacy Law Salon
Cancellations made 25 or more business days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $300 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than 25 business days prior to the event for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, or force majeure events beyond the participant’s control. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from the Organizing Committee.
Cancellation Policy: Online Courses
Fees for online courses are refundable only if the purchaser is unable to access or complete the course due to a technical issue. Once the course has been viewed, the fee becomes non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for failure to pass the course unless the inability to complete or pass is the result of a verified technical problem.
Participant List
We may share our participant list, including email addresses, with sponsors and speakers to facilitate event-related activities such as networking and exhibiting. This list is provided with the condition that it is used exclusively for these purposes. Only the email addresses of participants who have opted in to receive communications will be included. Please notify us via email if you would prefer not to have your contact information (name, title, and organization) shared with sponsors and speakers for these limited purposes.
Badge Scanning
Exhibitors may use the Cvent Lead Capture App to scan attendee badges. When your badge is scanned, your registration information (such as name, organization, title, and email address) will be shared with the relevant exhibitor for follow-up communication. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not allow your badge to be scanned.
Conference Session Recording
Recording of any conference sessions, including audio or video, is strictly prohibited. Attendees must refrain from recording in any form during the event.
