When you purchase CLE, we collect the necessary information to submit to your Bar organization and retain it as required by various Bar organizations.

On the registration form for our online courses, the information you supply is being collected for us to learn, over time, information about our course audience. Learning this helps us better tailor our courses to our audience, plus it helps us determine what courses to create in the future. We may also use this information for verification when providing certificates of completion to those who request them. If you opt into the newsletter, your information will be used to send out the newsletter. These are the only ways in which we will use your information.
Other Purchases on Our Site
When you purchase anything else on our site and supply us with data, we collect the data to complete the transaction and provide the products or services.
Scanning of Name Badges at the Conferences
I consent to exhibitors scanning my badge to collect my contact information for follow-up. My information will only be shared with those who scan it, and I may decline at any time.
