The Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022 (CIRCIA) proposed regulations are hot off the press. We are delighted to be joined by Nichole Clagett, who has been instrumental in the development of the proposed regulations for public release. This session will unpack the proposed requirements for entities in a critical infrastructure sector. We will also discuss similar efforts in the UK and the EU. This panel discussion from regulators and lawyers is not to be missed by those operating in this space or those advising such organizations to mitigate the cyber risks they face.

Note: This is an informational session only. The CIRCIA notice of proposed rulemaking and instructions on submitting comments via the Federal eRulemaking Portal are available on the Federal Register at www.federalregister.gov.
