- The new EU-US Data Privacy Framework in practice: This workshop will elaborate on the thinking scheme of European clients of US companies towards the new EU/Swiss/UK-US Data Privacy Framework. Since the Privacy Shield invalidation, US companies have primarily relied on Standard Contractual Clauses to transfer data from the EU. The Data Privacy Framework, does allow companies to preliminary seamlessly transfer EU/Swiss/UK data to the US. We will discuss the particulars of the framework and the remaining headache for European companies. We suggest a possible transparent approach for US companies to deal with.
- Developments and Trends. The workshop will discuss the current developments in regulation and jurisprudence in Europe, such as:
