Join us for an in-depth workshop to dive into the FTC’s activities and priorities, particularly over the last 6 months.  The FTC has been particularly active in the area of AI, kids’ privacy, and health privacy.  The arrival of two new Republican Commissioners is sure to affect dynamics at the agency, as well as priorities moving forward.  And we’ll discuss prospects for the agency’s rulemaking activities.  Participants will gain insight into areas that they should focus on in the coming year in order to avoid the FTC’s crosshairs.

Maneesha Mithal, Partner, Wilson Sonsini
Ben Rossen, Associate General Counsel, Policy & Regulation, OpenAI
Miles Plant, Former-FTC and current In-House Counsel
