Heading into 2026, Generative AI is hard to overlook, with organizations across all sectors exploring and integrating GenAI into workflows and business functions from R&D to operations. Finding ways to implement GenAI safely and responsibly is key to driving public and partner trust; however, approaches must also be pragmatic to seize opportunities that GenAI provides to scale and speed up innovation.
The Executive Advisory Board (EAB), comprised of 21 senior-level executives from public and private organizations, collaborated to produce a set of guardrails for safe and scalable GenAI programs. Built on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the guardrails aim to be pragmatic guidance for a broad profile of organizations.
In this interactive session, EAB members will introduce the guardrails, the approach used to develop them, and explore concepts and case studies in operationalizing the guardrails in different organizations.
