- Proposed changes to HIPAA;
- New information blocking regulations;
- HIPAA enforcement trends;
- Impactful court decisions such as Ciox Health v. Azar, MD Anderson v. HHS, and Dinerstein v. Google; and
- Changes to substance use disorder confidentiality rules at 42 C.F.R. part 2.
