Attendees will be briefed on the three key categories of legal risks that arise in the context of global cybersecurity investigations, consisting of Lions (mandatory breach notification duties), Tigers (legal restrictions on data collection, use, and disclosure in due diligence) and Bears (potential conflicts of law for disclosures to home law enforcement or other authorities). Attendees will be briefed on these three categories of global legal risks to aid in their identification of how the requirements apply to their organizations or their clients’ organizations in order to better prepare and respond to global cyber incidents.
