Privacy law is developing rapidly. This presentation will analyze trends in US privacy law at both the state and federal level, as well as relevant international issues. We will discuss topics that are addressed in the new state privacy laws, such as targeted advertising and the regulation of sensitive data, as well as enforcement priorities in both the US and internationally.
