Europe’s newest data regulation framework is ready for take-off: The Artificial Intelligence Act and the Data Act will form the groundwork of a bundle of new regulations focussing on data in general (and not just – as previously – on personal information). This session will focus on the applicability for US entities of these new regulations, practical consequences for different participants in the tech ecosystem and their integration into the current (European) privacy framework.
