What Do I Need to Bring As a Speaker?
Bring your laptop with your presentation preloaded, plus an HDMI or Apple adapter. Backup adapters available onsite. Rooms include Wi-Fi, projectors, and microphones.
What Materials Do Speakers Have to Submit?
Please upload your PowerPoint presentation at least 3 days before the conference. You may use our PPT template or use your own. Access to PPTs will be made available to participants only after the event. If you are not using a PPT, please provide reading materials authored by a panelist (e.g., articles, papers, or citations) to satisfy CLE requirements.
Who Will Run My PowerPoint Presentation?
Speakers run their own presentations on their devices. Bring the necessary adapter. You may use our PPT template. Sessions are not recorded; slides will be shared three days after the conference.
