Exhibitor tables measure 6′ x 2′. We will provide a white tablecloth and skirt, but sponsors are welcome to bring a custom-branded tablecloth. All exhibitors will be located around the perimeter of the main ballroom, where food and beverages are served, to maximize foot traffic. This is not a traditional trade show setup. Exhibits should be simple and portable, as they must be broken down at the end of each day and reset in the morning.
