How can privacy and legal professionals empower business teams to make full use of artificial intelligence and its valuable capabilities, while at the same time managing the legal and business risks? This session will focus on practical solutions to that challenge, including designing your business’s policies and governance processes to facilitate AI adoption; managing third-party AI risk, including through appropriate contract terms; and configuring tools with privacy and other protections in mind. We will tackle hypotheticals and offer practical guidance to this emerging challenge for privacy and legal professionals.
